点评：Our day in Dominica with Chadi as our guide was absolutely unforgettable! From the moment we met him, his passion for the island and its hidden gems was evident.
We started with a hike to the stunning Middleham Falls. The trail was beautiful, filled with lush greenery, jungle crabs, and even a refreshing sip of mountain stream water. Chadi’s knowledge of the area made the experience even more special.
Next, he took us to a secret spot called The Cathedral, a local favorite. The hike down was a bit challenging, with flowing water and roots to navigate, but Chadi made it fun and safe. We shared a dutch stroopwafel with him at the bottom.
At Titou Gorge, Chadi suggested we jump in from above rather than using the usual steps because it was getting a bit crowded with people at the bottom. It's a good thing we went first because just as we were about to leave the rest of the crowds arrived, suddenly busy!
Later, we enjoyed rum punch and even plucked fresh starfruit straight from a tree on our way to Trafalgar Falls. We were super lucky that we had the whole place to ourselves, as it can get crowded.
We ended the day at a breathtaking viewpoint overlooking the city and our cruise ship, with a shot of Red Cap Rum as a final kick.
