Superb Wine, Food and Insight at Deer Park

点评：I thought my wife would enjoy a day out a Deer Park practicing one of her favourite hobbies - imbibing good wine .... and Deer Park delivered superbly.
All round excellent visit from looking at the vines and being expertly informed about the vines optimal growing conditions, care and maintenance, etc plus the tales told by Mark (the owner and manager ably assisted by his wife during the tasting session post vineyard tour).
The whole experience was well timed, professional and Deer Park wines and food were of excellent quality. Even the view for the food and wine tasting was captivating as you watch the deer wander around the lower reaches of the vineyard.
We ended up buying several of the bottles of the range of wines Deer Park produces but there is no pressure to purchase. The hosts were entertaining and great fun. I have no hesitation in recommending Deer Park for wine enthusiasts.
