The Senses Spa的点评
点评：We had booked a 2 hour romantic package on the occasion of our wedding anniversary.
We were unfortunately late to our appointment due to unforeseen circumstances which therefore impacted the next appointment for their guest. Bella informed us about this and offered to compensate by means of a complementary session which we had to politely decline as this was not his fault at all.
In order to make up for the inconvenience, he went out of his way to offer us a discount on the package and while leaving, he even gifted us a token of appreciation which we thought was so kind and thoughtful.
By far one of the best customer service I have ever received. Bella truly went out of his way to ensure we have a lovely time at Senses Spa.
The services we availed were the body scrub and a body massage- both of which were superbly done. We did not have the time to do the body polish unfortunately. This was followed by a lovely set up in the jacuzzi along with a bottle of sparkling wine, fruits and canapés.
Overall, in spite of the hiccup, we had a memorable time.
10/10 would highly recommend
