Team Johnson Limo的点评
点评：We used Team Johnson for our wedding at the end of June, and will not be using again. On the way to our first destination our bus engine started smoking. The driver refused to pull over and decided to make an attempt to the bus garage. This was a safety concern and could have ended badly. While our engine was smoking, pieces of the mirror on the ceiling started falling. We also had decorative lights swinging and not properly secured. While we were thankful we were able to change buses, this put us an hour behind schedule. We were not able to make our final stop before the final destination. I had a great experience with the front desk, but talking to the owner was a disappointment. When asking about what we can do about this situation, we were only refunded $100. This was something that significantly impacted our day and we do not recommend using this company if you care about your safety.
