Lots of positives, but had a bad customer service experience

点评：Used this place to hire ski equipment in Feb 2023. Booking online before the holiday was easy and straightforward.
The location is excellent
When we went to pick up the equipment, the lady where handed us the boots and helmet was great. Very helpful.
When we went to get skis and poles, an English guy called Tom served us. He was excellent. Also liked that he had a bit of humour. I saw him a couple of days later and he was speaking either German or Austrian to another customer.
The place where you hand your equipment in and pick up from each day - well, unfortunately not so good. I think there were around 4 guys working there. One guy who was balding was exceptionally rude on several occasions. I think he was English. Absolutely no need for the way he spoke to our son and us. There was another English guy and he was rude two. There were 2 Austrian guys there and they were very helpful.
Because of the way we were spoken to and how rude the English guy was, we would not use this company again.
