点评：it appears this man is renting out bikes on a fraudulent, unprofessional basis from a garage of a house near the “town hall inn” hotel. Our confirmed reservation was totally ignored.
Easy money for a school going student in my opinion.
We had a confirmed reservation for 2 ebikes last week (sept 24), confirmed in may 2024 by Carter by e-mail. When we arrived, the start location seems not to be a professional store, but just a regular house in the street. The woman that lives there sent us to the Town Hall Inn hotel next door. The hotel was not open, but the first person through the “ring” doorbell told us that Carter was on school and he was not available. She was very surprised. The second person that spoke to us through the ring doorbell, told is that they were closed and we need to make a reservation through the website. No solution was proposed, also no discussion was possible.
Luckily we did not pay the amount upfront.
