点评:16th of oct. I was going to take the ferry boat from Stavanger to Bergen at 7 o´clock in the morning. There was a 4 hour delay because of the weather. That is ok. What is not ok is that nobody sent me a warning by message, mail or inside the terminal. There was absolutly no information about this. After complaining by phone and by mail, I´ve got an answer from them 6 days after (today). They said among many apolegies this: they cannot give me any refund or lunch on bord, this because it doesn´t follow their guidelines. I wonder what kind of guidelines they have?.... if any....
When I sat down to have my pre- ordered breakfast at 11.40 which I ´ve only got 20 min, at 12 o´clock stod up to get a final cup of coffee when I turnet back to my table, the food was gone!
