Museum Old Town / Muzej Stari Grad的点评
点评：I decided to visit this "museum" while in Herceg Novi. I like visit local museums whenever i have opportunity.
As i entered, i saw a young female sitting by the till , eating her sandwich. i purchased the ticket for 5 euro and started exploring.
First room- few exhibits and lots of photos on the walls.
Second room-even more photos of Herceg Novi. It took me about 3 minutes to see it all.
Then i saw a closed door. I returned to the till, where female was still consuming her sandwich and asked if the door was locked and she replied that the door led to the toilet. I asked if there were any more rooms, and female replied that it was all.
I asked again if it was all what "museum" offered and she confirmed. I asked if i just paid 5 euro to see photos on the wall and female said that usually there is a local guide, who gives a tour of museum, but she was not there on the day i visited.
I said that if it was the case, i should get refund.
Female stated that there is no refund as i already bought ticket. She was still consuming her sandwich. And was quite rude.
I asked her to call manager and ask for refund, which she did. However, the reply form manager/owner? was that there was no refund and that i can come following day, so she would give me a tour. As i was not staying at Herceg Novi, it was out of question.
I have to say that photos/postcards were interesting as they showed old Herceg Novi, however to charge 5 euro for just watch it is a bit of stretch.
Long story short, if you want to see old photos of Herceg Novi-search internet and save your money. Or spend it on something more pleasant that arguing with rude female.

我说如果真是这样，我应该要求退款。
那位女士说因为我已经买了票，所以不能退款。她当时还在吃三明治，态度非常恶劣。
我让她打电话给经理要求退款，她照做了。然而，经理/老板的回复却是不能退款，让我第二天再来，她可以带我参观。因为我不住在赫尔采格诺维，所以这根本不可能。
不得不说，那些照片/明信片确实挺有意思的，展现了赫尔采格诺维的老照片，但是仅仅为了看一眼就要收5欧元，实在有点贵。
总之，如果你想看赫尔采格诺维的老照片，上网搜一下就能省下这笔钱。或者把钱花在比跟这位态度恶劣的女士争论更有意义的事情上。
