Soooo disappointed!
Urban Air Adventure Park的点评
点评：We found this location a few years ago. There are 2 locations much closer to our home but because this one has go karts, our grandchildren prefer this one. Three times this summer we have driven over here only to find that the go karts were not available. This time I even checked the website and found nothing that said the Go Karts were only availabe from 12-2. We arrived at 12:30. As we walked around, we noticed that many of the attractions were not available for our out-of-town grandchildren to enjoy. We debated on whether to eat lunch before we came or get pizza here. It's a good thing we ate lunch first because the snack bar was not open. So disappointing for the kids that were looking forward to the experience. We will seroiously consider driving all this way again. We tried to call to see if everything was open but were unable to talk to an actual person. We had to leave an email and wait for a reply. We only had one afternoon. We should have do something else. I understnad you may not have enough employees but why not offer a discount if all attractions aren't availabe. Why not list what attractions are available your website so we know ahead of time!
翻译：几年前我们找到了这个地方。离我们家更近的地方还有两个，但因为这个地方有卡丁车，我们的孙辈更喜欢这里。今年夏天我们开车来过这里三次，结果发现卡丁车都停在那里。这次我甚至查看了网站，也没找到任何关于卡丁车只在12点到2点开放的信息。我们12点半到的。四处走走，我们发现很多游乐设施都不对外地的孙辈开放。我们纠结着是先吃午饭再来还是在这里吃披萨。还好我们先吃了午饭，因为小吃店还没开门。孩子们很期待这次体验，真是太失望了。我们会认真考虑再开车过来。我们试着打电话问问所有地方是否都开着，但没能联系到真人。我们不得不留下邮件，等着回复。我们只有一个下午的时间。我们应该做点别的事情。我理解你们可能人手不够，但如果所有景点都无法使用，为什么不提供折扣呢？为什么不在网站上列出哪些景点可以使用，这样我们就能提前知道了！
