Drivers don't care?

点评：Greeters and Office staff nice - drivers couldn't care less.
Disney had booked us for private transfers, but on both occasions we had other people with us. (It literally says private transfers on my bookings.)
The office staff were helpful and friendly as were the lovely Greeter who saw to us at the airport - but on both occasions the drivers were silent, and barely interested. It really seems like both times the two separate drivers just couldn't care less, and just don't understand this.
One driver said he had been waiting, (despite us being told to be at the lobby at 815 and we were already early at 8AM - He SAYS he tried to call me, but it didn't work - meanwhile their own office called me just fine the day before - so what's going on? Again the issue of this supposed to have been a private transfers with just us two, yet having a whole other family in with us, seemed suss.
