点评：Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience with Hele Hele Transportation during our Hawaii vacation. Our arrival driver was fantastic, and our return trip with Derek was truly exceptional.
Derek provided some of the best customer service we have ever experienced. He was professional and attentive, but what really stood out was his genuine kindness, compassion, warmth, humor, and wonderful storytelling. He didn’t just drive us to the airport—he made the final part of our Hawaiian vacation feel special.
His attention to detail was incredible. He knew ahead of time about my request to sit in the front and made sure I was comfortable. He took such wonderful care of my husband, Phil, our son, Harry, and me. When we reached the airport, he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and even helped us communicate with the agricultural representatives regarding food we wanted to bring home.
That is extraordinary customer care.
You can train someone to provide good service, but you can’t train the genuine kindness and aloha that Derek naturally gives to people. He is simply a wonderful human being and an incredible representative of Hele Hele Transportation.
If five stars is the highest rating, Derek deserves five stars PLUS! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ He deserves to be recognized by management for the exceptional way he treats guests.
