点评：Booked our shuttle with Walt Disney Travel Company for your stay at the Aulani. They asked if I wanted the shuttle included, which allowed for an additional discount on packaged services. Thank you
Hele Hele Shuttle was the provider for this service. Although on shared shuttle not every flight will have a greeter but we lucked out and a greeter was at our carousel waiting with a HELE HELE / AULANI sign. This made it easy for us to find where the shuttle was going to pick us up at the airport since Honolulu only allows for certain areas. I understand that since it is Federal control and they have to follow the rules.
Our shuttle driver was amazing. He made what is normally a 45 minute ride seem short with all his stories and also his personality which made it fun on the way to Disney.
The shuttle ride was what we had expected. We didn't experience any issues at all and the driver assisted with bags before the bellman could get to us.
Thank you again, we would use Hele Hele Shuttle again. **Not using on Departure as we are going to get a rental car
