Authentic, interesting and completely worth it

点评：I discovered this place through TripAdvisor, and I’m so happy to have experienced this with my family on our trip to Crete. We went for a honey tasting with Mike, which was set up within an hour of our contact, and we were more than satisfied with all the aspects of this wonderful experience. First we were given their kombucha, a refreshing and tasteful start to our tasting. Then we were presented with a variety of different honeys, and while we tasted Mike told about their beekeeping and honey production, both generally speaking and all the way into details about each honey, which was super interesting. Needless to say we had our favorites, but all the honeys were super delicious. We came completely inexperienced within this field, but left with a lot more knowledge as well as respect for the work they put into their business, and of course we also bought some honey and kombucha to bring with us home. If you want an authentic experience that leaves you smarter and you also like supporting up-and-coming sustainable businesses, I definitely recommend this. Thank you Holon for such a nice day!
