点评：This was the worst experience ever at a team sport Venue. I have attended several very good team sport venues in the past and sadly this was not one of them. On arrival. We were left outside of the building. The doors were locked although there were people present? We waited for 20 minutes to be able to gain access to the building . we were told that the doors must’ve somehow locked There’s themselves in the last 20 minutes!! Meaning that we were then late for our sessions we were rushed through check-in rushed through the safety briefing and rushed to get onto Track side so we then stop the rest of the day from running late. once on track. It became very clear that the staff lacked experienced and did not know what they were doing. The session was dangerous the staff very rude. when we complained to the area manager who happened to be on site that day we were told the staff members were new and needed training if they needed training why were they left unsupervised trackside in charge of peoples safety?
There were far too many carts on the track at one time the track it self was very bumpy very unstable and very unsafe this forced some of our party to end their session early. We raised these concerns to the area manager who refused to do anything about this and said that we had been rude. This is totally unacceptable ,I asked to make an official complaint. I was told that there was no complaints procedure in place and that as she was the area manager, there was nothing I could do about it!! my advice to you would be to avoid this track at all costs.
