Pretty views, not great wines
Danza del Sol Winery的点评
点评：The wine at Danza Del Sol lacks focus. They offer French,Spanish, Italian and German wines. It is impossible to do all of that correctly and well. I think our favorite was the Sauvignon Blanc. While the scenery and tasting patio are nice, there are some experience weaknesses that the winery needs to address: First, most wineries in central/northern CA offer table side tastings, meaning your host comes to you to pour. At Danza, you must go to the counter for each pour, which you keep track of on a little card. This is a bit of an outdated practice. Next, when I asked questions about the wines, only two people were able to offer any information. Finally, the tasting patio needs some oversight. While we were there, there was a woman talking on her phone fairly loudly for over an hour. It was not enjoyable sitting next to her and it was poor etiquette. Additionally, there were kids wearing pajama bottoms on iPads. It detracted from the adult experience. I will not return.
