Unprofessional and not the experience I paid for!
Lucky Duck River Rentals at Halls Mill的点评
点评：Service is horrible. We had concerns and he employees and co-owner didn’t want to hear them. Instead they just wanted to call me a liar and tell me I was wrong. Crazy to me. We came with our children, two elderly women and special needs, a total of 10 people (which they knew a head of time). Not one person told us it wouldn’t be safe, not one person told us we would have to lift the boats out of the water to go around the dam! Not one person from this company is there to help you either. Had it not been for other people on the water to help us we would have never made it. The kayaks and canoes are very heavy which you don’t know until you have to lift it. So much of the river was damed up, parts had rapids, and no signs anywhere. (They said they had them up, we never saw a sign). For almost $300 you would have thought they would have spoken to us better and have been understanding. THE 4 MILE IS NOT FOR KIDS OR THE ELDERLY!!!!! I’m telling you unsafe! The fact that these young adults running this place had no respect to even listen to what I had to say, this should say a lot about this company! They kept talking over me and wanting to argue about what I was saying rather than listen. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK!
