Ripon Racecourse的点评
点评：I’d like to thank every member of staff at Ripon Races for making our visits so enjoyable. We attended on the 16th of August as a party of six on a Club package, and returned on the 25th of August with another group of six for a Silks and Saddles package.
When booking tickets, I had a few questions as one of our party is blind. It was refreshing to be able to speak directly to a real person, rather than navigating an automated phone system. The lady I spoke with was extremely helpful.
The racecourse itself is beautifully maintained and very easy to navigate. Parking was well organised with friendly attendants on hand - stewards were available to assist whenever needed. Every member of staff we encountered was professional, knowledgeable, and welcoming. The food was fresh and delicious, and we also appreciated the conveniently placed water points where we could enjoy a refreshing glass of water at any time.
Thank you once again to all the staff for your hard work — it really made both visits special.
