点评:I brought my 1 year old here on a Wednesday, the place was brill, great sensory room and was lovely and quiet. I went to the till to order a drink and some cake, the woman behind the register was unfortunately very rude. She didn't once say hello and when it was ready to pay she just pointed at the card machine and didn't say a word. I tapped my card and she just started to walk away. I had to ask 'did that go through?' To which she responded 'yes'. No "thank you" or "enjoy".
Throughout the time we were there I noticed the same woman just hunched over the till staring at the parents and children. All very strange and poor customer service.
I decided to come back on Sunday as my little boy enjoyed the sensory room so much the first time, and I had no issues with the actual centre at all. When i arrived, I was checked in and noticed straight away that the sensory room had a gate in front of it... I had to ask the lady at the front why we couldn't go in this room to which she responded that it was 'closed'. I explained this was the whole reason we had come for the 2nd time (we live 20 minutes away and the Anston Tiny Town is only a 2 minute walk away from us but this Tiny Town is much more catered for babies) no apology or reasoning as to why this specific room was closed. Very disappointing. Could this not have appeared on your Facebook before I booked? Or even an apology and offer to rebook?
Such a shame and I won't be returning now due to these issues. I feel the facilities and staff are much better in other play areas.
