Awful customer service: eye-rolling and terrible attitudes

点评：We love it here, but today we were made to feel like we were a pain and interrupting the girls on the counter when they'd rather be having a natter. We approached the counter and the three young women were standing around having a chat. We asked if they slide was going to be opened and we were actually given eye rolls!! Seriously?! How rude can you be?! They reluctantly said yes, but we were left feeling as if we'd asked for something that we hadn't actually paid for!
The slide should be open from the start to the end of the session, it's not up the customers to ask.
When it came time for us to leave, we couldn't leave because the girls were in the kitchen having a chat. We went around to ask for someone to open the door only to be met with more eye-rolls and clear annoyance.
Don't think we'll bother again.
Customer service is so important, but not only was that lacking today, it was intentional rudeness that made our visit pretty infuriating. Less eye-rolling and more courtesy and effort needed.
