‘Death Slide’ open for 10 MINUTES over 2.5 hours - WASTED JOURNEYS!!

点评：We organised to meet some friends at Seals Cove this weekend as we all live about an hour away from the venue in different directions, so it’s an ideal spot for a meet up.
Our children range from 2 years old up to 8 years (7 older children) and the older children love the death slide so we’re excited about that.
So annoyed!!!
The staff only supervised the slide for 10 MINUTES at the beginning of the session and that was it!!! I asked a staff member at the cafe about it and I found him to be rude (quite a cocky, arrogant teenager actually) who claimed they were short staffed……but as I look into the back kitchen, there were 2 employees stood there chatting away, one was on his phone!!
They weren’t clearing the tables, the staff really didn’t seem bothered about doing their jobs properly and most of them came across as pretty miserable.
We spent most of the 2.5 hours having complaints from our kids due to the slide and we had to protect our 2-3 year olds in the younger areas from really rough 9-10 year olds who constantly tried to take control of the area. Again we mentioned this to an employee who said it’s not their responsibility to supervise. I asked if they could do a tannoy announcement asking parents but they refused as there was ‘no need’.
No death slide (even though it’s the MAIN FOCUS ON THE WEBSITE AND ON THIS REVIEW PAGE!!), rude staff, unclean tables, expensive food…….we won’t be bothering again.

没有死亡滑梯（尽管它是网站和这篇评论页的重点！），粗鲁的员工，不干净的桌子，昂贵的食物……我们不会再来了。
