Hagley Park Visitor Centre的点评
点评：Sadly this was the first and last time we will visit Hagley Park. My daughters and I were left hugely disappointed after travelling 45 mins to attend the Halloween trail here.
We were not told until after we had paid the full £20 entrance price that they had run out of activity packs and crayons, and run out of the chocolate orange brownies advertised! Not sure what they are going to do tomorrow on Halloween!
The trail was poorly signposted which caused us a further 60 mins detour on top of the 90 mins trail route. This may have been clearer if we had an activity sheet!
Then, to add salt to the wound, at the end in the cafe the lady showed my girls what their leftover treats they could choose from, a brookie (cookie & brownie) or large cookie. The youngest chose the brookie, but we did not realise she was then going to cut it in half, and only realised when we arrived home, which I think is very sneaky and incredibly mean! If the brookie was bigger than the advertised trail chocolate orange brownie, then she should have told my daughter it was going to be halved, as I am certain she would have chosen a cookie! We feel very aggrieved having paid full price and not the receiving the full experience, nor adult who paid £10 receive a treat! 😔
