Fine but some frustrations.
Rincon De La Vieja Volcano的点评
点评：I'll break this into parts because it really is a mixed bag. I was with five teenagers and my wife.
Guide was Francisco and was 5/5. Spoke English and Spanish and was great with everyone.
Horses were super mid. 2/5
Ziplines were awesome. Great mix of exciting and safe. 5/5
Tubing was awesome and guides were great. Drive up there made it seem sus but was almost everyone's favorite. Good drops, good water temp, good length. 5/5
Mud bath part was fine. Warm pools were just warm, not hot. 4/5
Pictures were incredibly disappointing. I knew the promise of professional was exaggerated but dude was never around. They took a lot of pics on the ziplines, 'lost' the ones of the tubing, and I had to request them multiple times. Do not waste your time and money on these unfortunately. 1/5.
Communication was frustrating. Original email with instructions went to spam, company you booked through isn't operator so they can't help, and it's not that close to Rincon.
With the kids it was probably the right call. If it was just me and my wife I would opt elsewhere. 3/5 overall
