Worst £45 we’ve ever spent

点评：We went for the fireworks display and wow what a huge disappointment. On arrival it was very disorganised with no signs to direct where to go, it was pitch black making it very difficult to see where we were walking with a toddler and pushchair. The trick or treat lane was disorganised and closed early so not all children got to experience it on their way in. Once inside it was still poorly lit and for someone who hasn’t been there before we had no clue where the character show was going to be nor the firework display. We managed to navigate in the dark (with a light up toy brought from home) to the food huts, online it was advised there would be hot food or pizza and hotdogs only to be informed at the kiosk they weren’t doing pizza. There was no queue system so we ended up in 3 queue’s just to try get a hot drink and snack. The character show then began but the volume wasn’t very loud so couldn’t hear what was being said where we we stood (by the food huts) and the display of fireworks started at 18:50 and was over by 19:00. We paid £45 for our family of 4 and I would say it was the worst experience we have ever had. We wont be returning again I’m afraid.
翻译：我们去看烟花表演，结果真是大失所望。到了之后发现现场非常混乱，没有任何指示牌，一片漆黑，带着幼儿和婴儿车，我们几乎看不清路。“不给糖就捣蛋”的环节也很混乱，而且提前关闭了，所以不是所有孩子都能体验到。进去之后，灯光依然昏暗，对于我们这些第一次来的人来说，根本不知道卡通人物表演和烟花表演在哪里。我们好不容易摸黑（还得靠从家里带来的发光玩具）找到了小吃摊，网上说会有热食、披萨和热狗，结果到了摊位才知道不卖披萨。这里没有排队系统，我们为了买杯热饮和点心，排了三次队。之后角色扮演表演开始了，但是音量很小，我们站的地方（小吃摊附近）根本听不清他们在说什么。烟花表演从18:50开始，19:00就结束了。我们一家四口花了45英镑，可以说这是我们经历过的最糟糕的体验。恐怕我们以后不会再来了。
