This easy forest walk goes from.peaceful and relaxing to exciting and interesting as the guide Cleophus explains about all of the species of plant, trees, birds and insects.
Cleophus was able to find the black and white Colobus monkey and the blue monkey. He let us in on the secret as to why they are called Blue monkeys. We also learned about the Dung beetle and the oldest tree in the forest, among many other things.
Then, we reached the rice fields and walked on the ledges between fields as our guide explained about rice farming and also about the birds over the rice fields..
This forest is gorgeous and easily accessible but car or tuktuk or even by walking there.
Bring your bug repellant and enjoy your walk with Cleophus..
30,000 shillings for non residents and add tip for Cleophus, too..
