点评：Main Pool-
Music was quiet and not as lively. Great potential but needs more entertainment. Very tame. Mayan pool is the most fun, but even it has gotten more mild throughout the years.
Grand Mayan pool-
Best pool by far. Have been coming here for 10 years. Same story every year. We love Cristian from joy squad, and frankly all of them are so warm and friendly.
Grand Mayan pool bar-
We love Rodrigo. He was so friendly and so accommodating. We have had a million servers here over the years but Rodrigo made such a great impression on us. He made our experience memorable in a great way.
La cantina restaurant-
Mario remembered us from last year which was such a special surprise and made us feel wanted and at home. He is very intentional about making the guest experience something to be grateful for. The food here is fantastic, the ambiance is the best on the resort for music, watching sports, and having fun! We love it here and come everyday we are here whether it be for dinner, a drink, a football game, hockey game, etc. it’s just a great place.
Grand luxxe rooms-
Beautifully done and luxurious. Makes us feel clean, cared for, and comfortable. Fantastic cleaning service and experience. Exactly why we come here every year.
