Lots to love, but still hopeful for improvements!
Vidanta Nuevo Vallarta的点评
点评：We have been owners at Vidanta for several years. We own the top of the accommodations. We have met some life long friends during our Vidanta stays. Here are our pros and cons:
Pros- THE STAFF!!! This aspect keeps us coming back!
Here are the employees that have always gone above and beyond in their duties to serve us!
All employees of the Residence!
Concierge - Malu, Ian, Roberto, Cristal, Rosvel, Manuel, and Jacqueline!
Bellmen/shuttle drivers - Vanessa, Alaine, Marcos, Johann, Rafael, Sarai, Michael, Jesus and Joan
We are deeply sad that Luis from the Residence pool is no longer working for Vidanta. Vidanta should have done everything in their power to keep Luis! He is an ICON of the Residence and is impossible to replace.
We do appreciate that Israel at the pool is still there, and Mario is doing his best to fill Luis’ shoes!
We also love Israel from Tower 1 who is always there to help us when we need it and Wilbur from Tower 4!
Eduardo from Estates has helped us many times as well!
Adrian at the Estates does a great job as a pool concierge and Wendy is a fantastic pool concierge leader!
Cons:
Our amenities are always adjusted to not serve us. We have many free rounds of golf we don’t even use, but they don’t count anymore on the Lakes Course. Why?
And even though we have free tennis, it now doesn’t apply to pickleball. Why?
The staff has been greatly reduced so the service in most areas in lacking.
We own the Estates, but it is an act of God to get over to use those facilities. Such an unnecessary obstacle. The day we went, there was hardly anyone there and we could tip the staff. Without us, they would have had hardly any business!
We love the Vidanta we bought into, and we realize a lot of money had to go to the yet to be finished park, but it still feels like they tell you anything to make you happy or a sale, but the lies are still flowing.
We continue to come back, ever hopeful things will improve!
