Great way to explore Lake Titicaca

点评：We went on the 2 day tour of Lake Titicaca with a stop at Uros, an overnight on Amantaní Islands in a home stay and a visit to Taquile Island.
Everything was great! The reed island was Farr less tourist-trappy than we expected and a fascinating insight into life on the Uros. Amantani was great. Our host family were so lovely and happy to just spend time showing us what life was like on the island. Taquile was a good place to trek and arriving early meant we had the whole place pretty much to ourselves.
The home stay was far more comfortable than we expected, much more like a small hostel/bnb (it had an en-suite!). This didn’t take away from experience, but was different to some of the reviews/what we thought it might be like.
We did the quinoa worship which was interesting.
Our guides (yes, randomly there were two!) were super lovely and knowledgeable and took great care of us. Not sure why there were two guides, think it might have been that people booked 2 different tours, but everyone seemed to do the same things!
