点评:I attended the gym as a guest as I do on occasions and decided to ask about full membership. There was no allowance what so ever to try and link my partner and I’s potential membership. Basically she had already joined and I was thinking about it. I was told I had to wait until hers ran out or cancel hers (incurring fee).
Seemed to be “computer says no attitude and very little to help”. I’ve experienced this multiple times over the years here.
It is a great gym and spa but as they have very little to no competition they don’t try hard to help, go the extra mile or update items.
The instructors from the classes encourage my partner to complain as the lights don’t always work, the microphones are defective and the screens don’t start as they should for virtual classes.
If a rival opened up nearby which was anywhere as near as good it would go out of business overnight.
I live in the village and want to support it but I just tell others of my poor experiences.
