PURE Spa & Beauty的点评
点评：Used a birthday voucher to visit Pure Spa Silverburn. I was up sold my selected treatment to allow me extra time to use the spa facilities. I arrived on time and receptionist had no idea of my booking or that I was to use the facilities prior to my treatment. Was given a tour of the spa. Only one toilet was operational as the other toilet needed a lightbulb. Used the changing facilities, dusty and dirty. Relaxation room was far from relaxing, high traffic area with people coming and going constantly, doors banging. Refreshments very disappointing. Shower was awful, covered in black mould, paint peeling from the walls, products in the shower cubicle almost empty. Treatment was nice overall, however during treatment constant noise, talking, laughing, doors slamming. Unable to relax. I have used many spa facilities over the years which did not cost much more than this one, very poor value for money and would not recommend. Very much in need of a facelift as chairs were uncomfortable and worn. Think this would be fine for a quick manicure but this is not a spa.
