点评:I had mixed experience there. The place is gorgeous, peaceful and super lovely. You can see here and there some wild animals so super exciting for kids and adults. For kids you can book activities.
But I must say the customer service is pretty lame, as everyone there is super sleepy and super slow and not really reliable. We have visited the place a week ago. We arrived there on Monday morning and I have called at the hub for information, as I wanted to book some activities for my littles one. I’ve been told that I will be called later back from the person in charge for those activities. I have received that call on Wednesday afternoon 😅 Is a bit sad that we were pretty alone there so not much work for the staff and yet they can not good customer service and a pleasant experience.
The 2 restaurants there are super lovely and pretty cozy’s, the view from both (golf club and sundowner) is just amazing and breathtaking but again customer service is pretty bad.
The fried prowns that i have orders came in a white sauce that was not mentioned in the menue so unfortunately I didn’t not enjoy my prawns in a white cream sauce 😅 When I complained I have received a simple sorry.
Sundowner same thing. We were the only clients at the time. We ordered some pizza and one focaccia to go. One pizza supposed to be without peppers. I saw the chef collecting the peppers from the pizza at a point and the focaccia was a normal pizza dough without anything on top other than oil and rosemary. Unfortunately you can not take a well known dish and turn it in your own customized “focaccia”. That’s not how it works. I have called to complain about our “focaccia” and we’ve Been told, this is our pizza focaccia 🤣. I understand much about customer service but that place does not know how to deal with a unsatisfied customer and apparently the staff is not trained on that either. Mistakes are there to be made but the question is how will you handle them so that the client can still have a pleasant experience. So the place is super fancy and nice but bad and unreliable customer service and with the food we didn’t have luck either.
Amazing compliments to Susan Moses from Vipingo beach club. at least she understands how to offer a lovely experience to her clients. The food, prices and place were all perfect there.
