点评：We stayed here 5 nights in one of the terraced villas during the last 5 days of February.
We had expected the place to be buzzy but hardly a guest or visitor. We had the main pool and clubhouse restaurant to ourselves most of the time which was a real shame/disappointment!
The pool area ‘Sundowner’ and Clubhouse had small menus but the food and service was always very good. (Given we were often the only customers it jolly well should have been)!
Our villa was comfortable, aircon in the bedroom only. The rest of the interior was boiling hot probably down to cheap construction and NO insulation.
I played 3 rounds of golf…..on my own (except obligatory caddy)…..and the few golfers I met were unfriendly. I had the most unforgettable encounter with one of the members on the 2nd tee which brought into question his manners and his appreciation of etiquette. Shocking and entitled behaviour!!
3,000 KHS (US$25) for a round trip to the ‘Beach House’ - 4km each way - seemed penny pinching and counter productive as we would have lunched or dined there.
Would we return? For the golf ‘yes’ but would sleep elsewhere.
