奥林匹亚考古博物馆的点评
点评：This museum is excellent.
My only observation is that the signage, or the order of the visit, is not very clear, because there is a room right in the middle that is easy to miss (and it holds two of the most important pieces of the museum); but the circulation is only in one-way, so if you miss it you exit and can’t come back. Maybe some arrows or signs would help with this 😊; also providing a map, even though the museum is small, would allow guests to find everything in the right order.
I’d also recommend playing traditional ambient music to elevate the experience. And including an introductory video or some other modern media elements to make the visit more complete.
Lastly, I know there’s not enough space for a museum shop, but maybe a counter with some small and simple souvenirs (like tote bags, postals, etc.) could be placed in the entrance 😄. This is a good way to earn a bit more for the preservation of the museum, and to help tourists remember (and promote) their visit.
Still, I loved this place! It really brings life to the site, and helps imagine the way it was.
