点评：I recently shared my experience of the Braga and Guimaraes small group tour with this company. It was not positive as the guide gave no information and we didn't see the dukes palace as intended. After leaving my review the company responded with total lies!!!! I can not believe the response. Either the guide has lied to the company or the company are trying to cover themselves but now i would not recommend ever using this company. AVOID
They claimed we were unwell and requested not to visit the palace instead wanting a coffee. Why would u request a coffee if unwell?? Toys was not the case and none of the participants in the tour ever mentioned being unwell.
Water was never offered as claimed. No one had a bottle of water with them and other reviews have said the same.
Don't trust this company at all. I was willing to give the benefit of doubt but now i have reported their response as it is all untrue and other customers should be aware.
