Best place for total viking immersion - great for kids and adults!

点评：I don't often write reviews on here but my family and I absolutely loved visiting the Ribe Vikingcenter! I have been to a couple of viking museums or similar but this was by far the most fun and was perfect for our family which include 2 boys aged 6 and 8! They loved making the viking coins, doing a bit of archery, and whittling sticks as well as fighting like a viking, seeing a viking battle re-enactment and the funny viking show which one of them (as well as I) ended up being part of! The coin making, whittling and archery you have to pay extra for (70 kr for all 3 in total I think) but I highly recommend it be purchased for each child. They will love it! There were Vikings every where and lots of viking merchants selling their wares. They were all very informative and can tell you lots about what it was like in the viking times - just ask! It was much more immersive than any other viking/viking related museum/experience. There is also a Cafe there and a great gift shop. I highly recommend going there!
