Money stolen from bag no

点评：The museum is great. However there are security issues. We were required to leave our rucksacks in an unlocked cupboard behind the reception desk and were given a plastic disc. I noticed that there were also other bags left in the same cupboard.
When I retrieved them, ours were the only bags in the cupboard. Later we realised that a purse containing money had been stolen from a zip pocket inside my wife's rucksack.
While we cannot say 100% that the theft occurred while the bag was left at reception. Given that I was allowed to deposit and collect the bag myself, it makes it very easy for other people collecting their bags, to remove things from other bags/rucksacks in the same cupboard, especially if reception staff are busy.
My view is that bags left for security reasons at the reception desk, should be tagged with the person's name and only the staff, allowed to retrieve them. Obviously it is also a lesson to be learned, to remove anything of value, if required to deposit items at the reception desk..
