Piping Rock Equestrian Center的点评
点评：My daughter and I did the Winter Trail Ride, guided by Kiara. Weather in the Sierras can be unpredictable any time of year, but especially during Winter. Surprisingly, while there was snow on the ground in most places, it wasn't several feet deep; there were areas of bare ground. But it was scenic, as always. The mountaintops in the distance were all snow-covered. I think the only season in which we haven't visited and ridden is the autumn; that's supposed to be spectacular, but I can vouch that Winter, early Spring and early Summer are prime time too.
We'd met Kiara briefly on a previous visit, but had never ridden with her. She knew the area extremely well and has a lot of interesting stories to tell about her time spent there. Her knowledge of all things equestrian is encyclopedic: you and the horses will be in good hands with her as your guide. My teen daughter isn't the most verbose person, but Kiara was able to draw her out and made her feel comfortable. It was another very nice visit to Piping Rock; we will be back. Thanks Kiara and Lisa.
