Good tour BAD receptionist

点评：We arrived around midday at the reception
The female there was unfriendly and curt ( I am being rather nice with those words)
We asked about vineyard tour
3 o clock she snapped
How many
We replied 2 but only one for wine
We paid
We asked about the tickets
Just come back here her reply
She never suggested an indoor tour or said it was busy and the tours before were full
The rest of the staff in the shop and the restaurant were so nice, polite friendly and helpful it really emphasised how foul she was
When we came to join the tour the guide was going to get the glasses from downstairs and said we could ask the receptionist for some
She did not want to help
Simon our amazingly helpful guide got us the glasses
I remarked to him the piranha at the desk was less than helpful.
His tour was great full of information and pointing out the sites to see
The tour is beautiful views and a lovely glass of their white method champenoise
Go but book your tours online and bypass reception
As an aside there was an art exhibition there which was interesting

我还对他说，前台那个“食人鱼”简直帮不上任何忙。他的导览非常出色，提供了大量信息，还指出了值得参观的景点。
沿途景色宜人，还能品尝到一杯用传统香槟法酿造的精美白葡萄酒。
值得一去，不过请在线预订导览服务，这样就能跳过前台手续。
顺便提一下，那里还有一场很有意思的艺术展览。
