Special Tour Menfi: great experience, beyond expectations!

点评：I’m happy to share the outstanding service I recently experienced. It wasn’t just about getting from one place to another, but a blend of efficiency, reliability, customer-centred service and kindness.
While walking around my upcoming holiday destination on Google Street View, I casually came across the ‘Special Tour Menfi’ near my hotel, and after reading the reviews I decided to contact them by email, and to my surprise, the next day I had confirmation of my airport-hotel transfer.
Suzanna first solved my problem with my sunscreen, which was taken away from the Vienna airport security, among other things. From the airport she took me to a shopping centre where I could buy the things I would need during my stay in Sicily.
On the way to the hotel, she described the places we passed and their history. I expressed my interest in visiting certain places, and she said she could easily organise these excursions.
From the beginning to the end, everything was perfectly organised.
Suzanna knows about Sicilian culture, history, traditions and every corner of the region inside out, and shares it with passion like the best expert.
I can confirm that everything written in the reviews is true. Can’t recommend her enough, Suzanna is the top.
I will return to Sicily and I have already confirmed the Special Tour Menfi for my next holiday!
