点评：I booked a day snowmobile trip for my daughter and I weeks ago. The night before, they told me they had nobody else booked and would like to put me in a 2 hour trip instead…Not ideal and wasn’t happy, but I had no choice.
10 min before my pickup time (while I was already there) they delayed it another hour+. I texted I didn’t appreciate the last minute change and immediately received a call back from Carrie stating if I didn’t like it, she’d just cancel. I said I had this planned with my daughter and cancelling wasn’t an option last minute. I stated they could have told me the night before the time changed and it wouldn’t have been an issue. I was frustrated but never raised my voice nor was inappropriate to Carrie. She stated she “didn’t appreciate the way I spoke to her” (the way i spoke to her was saying the service was unacceptable). She said it’s not going to work out and cancelled the reservation. A male (potentially) in the background shouted an obscenity and said “CANCELLED - Don’t call back”.
They had no regard…no apology…no way to resolve the situation than cancelling me because I said I didn’t appreciate them changing a planned trip last minute and not wanting to spend another hour and a half out in the snow waiting.
Fortunately, I called Sage Adventures and they came through and provided an amazing trip.
