点评：I am so mad and disappointed! I spent a lot of time on trying to book the right adventure and even though the website was a little hard to understand, I thought The Trident was trustworthy and I booked an overnight camping trip. However! I booked it on a different date than I wanted to leave, but they assured me that it was possible to leave on the right date. The booking system was just a little hard. After a couple of days, I found out that I was going to be the only one and that was fine with me, but now they also said I booked a different dat and when I couldn’t be there at that time there was no refund possible! They just didn’t listen to me and took my money… While I am a student that really needs it. It was a huge investment for me! I texted a lot, trying to find a good way of solving this, but they still didn’t listen to my wishes and kept the money. They are unfriendly when it comes to changes or cancellations and refunds. They are trying to blame it all on me, while all I did was just kindly asking for options. I am disappointed and really mad and I hope that reviews like this will make them see that you cannot treat people this way. Be nice and just give your customers a refund if they are unhappy and want to cancel (in advance).
