点评:It was an amazing experience to see a truly local and family owned business in this town of tourist traps. We were greeted by Maria the one of the owners who took us on a lovely walk through their farm and educated us on the methods of dry farming in this hot dry island. We weren't able to take advantage of the sunrise or sunset tours, but I could only imagine how picturesque it would be.
After walking the property, we met with Maria's husband Dimitri who discussed the ins and outs of preparing their products for sale. We got an amazing spread of samples and an opportunity to talk about life on Santorini. We felt like we were with old friends.
I purchased a small bottle of face oil for a reasonable price. And as we took our leave they were more than happy to stay in touch and continued to give us other amazing suggestions for local businesses to visit.
I really can't say enough about this place. A little work to get there, (we rented a car), but it was so worth it for our short stay on the island.
Note: Maria was super great at communicating with me via Whatsapp with the scheduling and organization of our visit
