点评：Short story- Overall I am disappointed. I was not even able to go on a trip after I spent several months of planning and communicating with the company to be left with no response when contacted nor anyone at the shop (because I drove all the way there to try and go out) on the day I was hoping to go out.
Long story- The website stated they would be able to know if a trip would go out only days beforehand. So I planned my trip to Iceland around being in northern Iceland for multiple days to give myself the best chance to go. I had contacted the dive company 1-2 months before I went to begin planning when to go on the whale trip. They were efficient in contacting me which is why I gave them two stars. However as I landed in Iceland I had to contact them almost daily asking about the trip as they did not reach out to me. They said weather was bad for several days. The day before my last day of the trip I contacted the company and they stated they would let me know by midday the next day. I had not heard from the company by the afternoon and it was my last day in the north. I drove to the dive shop (25 minute detour to go back south) and no one that worked there was there. I contacted a customer who said the employee was out fixing something but they were going scuba diving later that day. I emailed the company asking where they were and about my trip and never heard back.
I am glad I had back up options planned for each day and my last day because this was a trip I was looking forward to and it was left off on a note of practically being ignored and ghosted. The day was beautiful and the water was calm in the bay so I was also very hopeful. I included a picture of the conditions of the day.
