点评：We visited Hallgrímskirkja during a recent trip to Iceland in February 2026, and it was one of the standout highlights of our time in Reykjavík. The architecture is truly unlike any church we’ve seen before. The clean, striking lines give it a unique and almost otherworldly presence.
Inside, the atmosphere is calm and peaceful, offering a quiet contrast to the dramatic exterior. We took the lift up to the top where the bells are, and the views over the city were absolutely incredible, well worth the trip up.
It’s also worth visiting at different times of day. Seeing the church in daylight is impressive, but at night, when it’s lit up, it transforms into something equally stunning in a completely different way.
A must-see landmark when visiting Reykjavík. It's in the middle of the city so you can't miss it.
