点评:August Bank Holiday Sunday i visited supercuts, i went in around 12.30 and was added to their booking list. They said they did not offer appointments per se, but would text me ten mins prior to them cutting my hair. This was fine, I went and had some lunch, the vague estimate they had given me was 2pm. At 1.38 i received my text that i was ten mins from my hair cut. I sat in a chair ( having not been acknowledged until i introduced myself) until 2.25 pm. No apology, no " we are running behind, we may be half an hour just to let you know" no, well, really anything at all. i did ask one lady who was washing a child's hair how long i might be waiting, and, in fairness SHE did apologise and was pleasant, but that was over half an hour after i had sat down. Fast forward 15 mins and, forty five mins sitting waiting i am ready to have my hair washed, ready and pretty furious. Here's the thing, my stylist WHEN i sat down could not have been any more apologetic, ( i forget her name, my bad but she was from Albania and she was absolutely lovely) she was sorry i had waited so long and sorry nobody had kept me in the loop about how long i would be waiting without my having had to ask, twice).. long story short .. my hairdresser was absolutely lovely, attentive and did a really great job, she even offered to blast dry my hair and add some product because she felt bad i had been left waiting so long without any communication. Really was a visit of two halves. Would I go back? Possibly, one more time to see if any communication issues had been resolved. The cut was great, the rest wasn't.
