点评：We always go to the Woody Nook when down south cos we love the wine, setting and food. Today didn’t disappoint with regards to food and wine. The guy doing the wine tasting was I formative and generous with information and recommendations and we bought wine to have with lunch and some to take home…excellent. We love the tasting plate which is generous and tasty, food value for $70 for 2 and our granddaughter loved her chicken nuggets and chips off the kids menu. The only downside to our experience today was the grumpy, disinterested waitstaff. Throughout the meal we had to ask for the basics, were offered nothing, never asked how it all was and requests were met with annoyance. Furthermore, we ran into some family members we hadn’t seen for ages whilst paying the bill and we’re told to move, we were “literally in the way” even though we were standing at their table not in a thoroughfare. Very rude actually. I know they’re French but that’s no excuse. This is Australia and people are on their holidays. Be nice. It costs you nothing.
