点评：Called in here while biking the trail between Waihi and Karangahape. It was 2.30pm and there were still people eating both outside and inside. Stood at the counter to order and the lady serving called out to other staff are we open or closed? No one could decide if they were or weren't. I said that doesn't make me feel very welcome and she said it's okay I'll serve you... so we ordered two cups of tea and was going to choose a slice that was in the cabinet and then she said we aren't making tea and if you choose something from the cabinet you have to take it away. I know they had probably had a busy day and they were probably all keen to go home. But if that was the case why didn't you put a sign up saying you were closed. They also had a sign in the cabinet advertising apple slice which was apricot slice.
I know that because they were discussing a complaint from another customer. We felt totally unwelcome and left. Wont ever go back again but that probably doesn't worry them.
