点评：Booked a table for lunch today at courtyard, firstly had trouble paying for car park as the sun shines directly on the screen so difficult to read parking meter wording. We went into the cafe/bar ordered 2 drinks asked to put them on food bill, told we couldn't do that until we ordered food, hadn't had chance to look at menu so had to pay separately. we ordered food were told table no 50 was ours as we had reserved a table 2 days before, it was a nice spot in the corner shaded and by a big plant, waitress then said " oh someone is sitting in your seat" so we had to sit elsewhere. Food ordered, delivered, pulled pork roll with salad. I have to say I left mine as it was horrible, put some sauce on a soggy roll and slimy pork. No one asked was the meal ok, the coffee was a tiny cup and only luke warm. When the waitress collected our plates, she told us the people in our seats moved the reserved sign & cutlery and then refused to move, surely management should manage this cafe better. Why bother booking a table if people ignore reserved tables, rude ignorant people. All in all a bad experience & won't bother visiting the cafe/bar again.
