点评：Beware that if you are ascending from Montmin in an anti-clockwise loop (descend via chalet de l'aulp) then snow currently still renders the path impassable, right at the top above 2000 metres when the summit is but a stones throw away! After all the hard work to get up there, we had to turn back and descend the same way we climbed. Two people have lost their lives trying to traverse here recently. There is no safe way around and the fall is horrendous. For us, it was not worth the risk and only the most confident, experienced, and equipped should consider trying. Definitely recommend ascending via chalet de l'aulp to summit this mountain until the snow has melted. This way, if you wanted to do the loop, you can assess it for yourself without having to miss out on the summit if you can't pass.
