点评：I had a very disappointing experience with this massage service in Loreto. My friend had arranged massages for five of us after a long buggy ride from Scorpion Bay. My friend and I were in the same room for a couples-style session and had both booked the “Violetas Special,” which included a 50-minute massage and a 60-minute facial.
Unfortunately, my masseuse was extremely unprofessional. During the massage, she kept leaving the room multiple times for about 3–5 minutes each time. The massage itself felt very lazy and slow, and not at all relaxing or therapeutic.
The facial was even worse. She simply applied some kind of moisturizer and scraped it off with a round cotton pad, then didn’t do anything else. Meanwhile, I could see my friend receiving a full facial with proper steps like suction, a mask, and red light therapy. Eventually, my masseuse put the red light therapy on me for only a couple of minutes, but again left the room several times during the treatment.
Overall, the service felt rushed, inattentive, and very unprofessional. Afterward, my friend also mentioned that her masseuse left the room a couple of times as well, which was really strange.
My skin was not moisturized or hydrated at all, and I even woke up the next morning with a rash on my face and very dry skin. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this place.
