Brilliant from start to finish

点评：Wow the Christmas jingle boat experience far exceeded our expectations, the care and attention that has been put into the planning and execution of this event was evident from start to finish.
We arrived a couple hours early to have some lunch and although the sign said the cafe would be closed for another hour the lovely staff opened up and served us the yummiest food, I had the stew and it was delicious and the staff were both professional and lovely.
Being heavily pregnant I was worried getting down to the boat my be a struggle but the staff couldn’t have been more helpful, allowing me to use the lift was a massive help particularly before the boat ride thank you.
The boat ride was again staffed by the most professional knowledgeable and friendly staff you could have wanted, the Christmas jokes were a great touch.
There is a panto in one of the caverns ana again the professionalism and friendliness of the performers was brilliant my 3 year old loved getting involved.
Lastly we got to meet Santa, the young lady elf taking the pics of the families waiting is a credit to you she was fantastic with our daughter whilst we waited.
The Santa was brilliant so believable and again friendly and professional which is certainly a criteria for working here, not breaking character once our daughter hasn’t stopped talking about Santa since we left, the gift my daughter received was of good quality aswell.
Overall we would definitely come back and check out future events and recommend the jingle boat to anyone looking for a great value Christmas experience.
